Applies to offgridpump.com online store purchases only. If you purchased your pump from a dealer or local pump shop, please contact your original seller directly regarding their shipping policies.
Shipping Addresses
We automatically fulfill your order from our US local warehouse based on your final delivery address.
Shipping Time & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately processed through our automated fulfillment system, which means it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to make urgent changes, please email us at diffulwaterpump@gmail.com as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee adjustments after submission.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. For orders with multiple items, products may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Please monitor your tracking details for the status of each individual package.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at diffulwaterpump@gmail.com right away. Please keep in mind that carrier tracking information expires after 2 months. Any delivery claims or missing package reports submitted after this 2-month window cannot be processed and will void your eligibility for a return or refund.
Shipping Methods & Restrictions
DIFFUL offers economy and standard ground shipping, available with or without a required signature upon delivery. Please note that expedited shipping, overnight shipping, and air freight are not available.
Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a valid physical street address is required at checkout. Carrier selection is determined automatically by our logistics team to ensure the most efficient delivery and cannot be changed upon request.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to most US regions for orders over $99. You can also verify whether your specific delivery address qualifies for free shipping directly on the product page before checking out.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit, please notify us at diffulwaterpump@gmail.com immediately so we can assist you with the claims process. Please note that DIFFUL is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to carrier handling or transit incidents.
Additionally, please be aware that minor wear or damage to the outer shipping box does not mean the pump inside is damaged. Due to the heavy nature of industrial equipment and standard transit conditions, we cannot guarantee that the outer packaging will arrive pristine. If the outer box is significantly damaged upon arrival, we advise you to file a claim with the carrier immediately.
